Use of Services

Buyer Responsibilities

Due Diligence: Buyers must conduct their own due diligence on any property they wish to acquire. The Company does not guarantee the condition, title, or marketability of any property.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made to secure an assignment of a purchase agreement are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must disclose all known material facts about the property.

Sellers warrant that they have the legal authority to sell the property.

Assignment Fees

The Company charges an assignment fee for transferring purchase agreements to buyers. The fee amount will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to the execution of the assignment.

Limitation of Liability  

The Company is not responsible for:

Market fluctuations affecting the value of any property.

Legal disputes arising from property transactions.

Errors or omissions in third-party property data or reports.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information disclosed during the course of business
with the Company.

Termination  

The Company reserves the right to terminate services for any user who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho, USA, without regard
to its conflict of law provisions.

Modifications  

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
